15/03/2017 – Day 8 – A Norway Saga

Wednesday 15th March sees our final day in Norway. We finished our visit in Bergen with a trip to the top of  Mount Floyen which is reached by taking a funicular railway from near the harbour to about 320m at the top.

The view from he top is stunning as shown in the image below. Our hotel is located approximately  in the centre of the image.

At the top there is numerous activities that can be done. We went on a 4 mile walk encountering frozen lakes as shown below

That concludes our 8 day adventure in Norway.
